[Resolved]  Tata Walky — Bill not sent, phone is ready to disconnected

Dear sir,
I am Suresh having one TATA Walky number [protected] .. postpaid. For the first bill I got physical and email bill, I did not get any second bill, while with my repeated demands through email and phone calls, they told me that they are sending bill, but I could not able to get any bill, finally with my strong efforts I found my charged October bill and I paid excess amount through online. For that I have clear screen shot. ( Transaction Referrence Number MSBI[protected] - TRANSACTION DATE: 29.11.2011 .. 19:57:03 - PAYMENT Amount: 201.00)Now I am getting calls from TATA Walky that I have not paid bill amount and they are going to disconnect my connection shortly, how funny it is, most of the users are avoiding to pay bills, but I wish to pay bills in time. While it is so some body called at 10:21 am on this day 04.12.2011 to my Walky from [protected] and asking my repeated email complaints and promised to settle the issue by sending the soft copy through email, the fun is that they have sent email but not soft copy, how can I know that I paid my bill. As per their account, dues are still pending. No body is there to settle my issue. Kindly inform them to send me the bill regularly. I vex with this system, I seen the reputation of TATA's and taken this Walky, but the staff is rude and they are not listening customers. Please pursue this matter and notice them to send me bill.
