SURENDERING CONNECTION

MY TATAINDICOM NO 09230520581 IN THE NAME OF PUSP KUMAR BOTHRA.TO DAY I SEND MY PERSON TO THEIR KOLKATA BBD SERVICE CENTER WITH A LETTER FOR DISCONNECTION.THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THIS.I TRIED 121 BUT GET NO RESPONCE.I DO NOT KNOW WHY A SERVICE CENTER DO NOT TAKE SUCH LETTER .PLEASE DO NEED FULL.. I TOLD THE SERVICE CENTER YOU TAKE YOUR DUE TILL TODAY AND I WILL NOT PAY FROM TODAY ON WARD.THANKS.
