I purchased TataPhoton Plus on 24 April 2010, and got activated from a sales representative at my Home.
He filled the form and took my address proof(passport copy) and a photo for registration.
I loggedin the online account of Tataphoton and checked my name and address, and it was correct as submitted.
On 9 May 2010 when i checked online account, to my suprise the address was changed and also when i called customer care, they say its registered on some other name. They dont have any answer for this and ask me to submit the address and photo again at one of the TataIndicom outlets.
When i visit the TataIndicom office, they say the proof has to be submitted to the Head Office and they dont handle and prepaid issues.
When i call the sales representative from whom i purchased the device, he says everything is fine from his end . Now who is responsible for the issue, none of the TataIndicom representatives have the solution.
This is one of the pothetic service provided by TataIndicom and i suggest none of any to use there products.
