REGRADING DND SERVICE

activated DND service on 2-11-2010 but still i am getting at least 30 SMS daily .when i called customer care now they are saying 90 days for activation of DND service actually according to rules maximum 45 days tataindicom had worst customer care note my mobile number 9292151573
