My no. has been PD without information
Dear Sir / Madam,
I, Ashwani S/o Shri Sarvesh Kumar R/o 55, Ashok Vihar, Sanjay Nagar, Bareilly (U.P.) purchase a Tata Mobile connection (9259064656) in August/September 2006 from Tata Hub, Selection Point Tower, D.D. Puram Bareilly. Outgoing & Incoming of above number from the evening of 26-03-2010 (Friday) closed without any information to costumer. I contacted customer care on Tata mobile, I was inform that ID is required to submit which was submitted on 27-03-2010(Saturday) After submission of ID, on evening of 29-03-2010(Monday) my connection has been Permanently Disconnected (P.D.) there after I contacted Tata hub on 31-03-2010(Wednesday) & again I submitted ID. It is to inform you that I personally contacted a number of times, but still my connection has not been restored.
I am sorry to inform you that after disconnection of my number I am facing lot of problems in the absence of my restoration of above cited number. I humbly requested you to restore my connection without loss of time. I hope you will take urgent action on this application in my favour promptly.
