[Resolved] Tata Sky — Extemely Poor and Harrasing Services | |
I am a subscriber of TataSky (DTH) service for the past 10 months (Subscriber ID [protected] and regd. mob. no. [protected]) My Set top Box is defective for the past one week. They were willing to provide me immidiate service with some high charges but when I told them that my Set top Box is under warranty, they have started makind various excuses. As I have two Set Top Boxes (as two independent connections), they have stopped all services on my second set also (I dont know if it is a punishment to lodge a complaint during warranty period). I shall be highly thankful to you if helped. Indeed at present I am so fed up with their services that I do not want it any longer. tatasky always requesting new telugu regional channels pls launch tatasky platform but no response iam alredy send through mail id's [protected]@tatasky.com, [protected]@tatasky.com, [protected]@tatasky.com but nobody not response reference id will be come is msg is 24hrs we will calback customer exe but no one caling me iam not satisfy tatasky services in ap very poor, and no rating iam not satisfy tatasky services
I too am facing No signal problems for last one month and inspite of repeated complaints at customer care centre and internet - No resolution.
