[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Helpline number/ no signal

Pls help, I have been trying to contact tatasky helpline for the past 15 days.. I am put on long holds on the helpline and still not able to get thru. My STD bill would be huge..

Hi,

I bought tata sky connection online on 02nd August, till now i have not received the hardware, everytime when i am calling to customer care they are just fooling me, wait for 24 hrs, we will deliver you shortly.

But, till now i haven't got response.My transaction reference number is 1-[protected].Please do the needful as soon as you can.!!!

i am in utter disdain to see the nonchalant attitude of you guys towards the customer.I have enough account balance but still not getting signals, for which i registered a complaint and was assured that i will be contacted by engineers...but no one called me.my complaint id is 1-[protected].kindly do something about it.
we are not getting signal in our t.v.Hence we are not able to watch any programme or channel.
The indication appears in the t.v. screen as "NO SIGNAL"from the set top box.please solve and rectify the problem and restore connection at the earliest.

We have been faceing problem from last 1 mounth but still they say because of rains . I am using tatasky first when they loanched, but for the last four years i have been not getting such problem.But from one mounth we are facing problem.I had recomaneded Tatasky for many of my friends & relatives but now i my self shame of telling any one further.Now decided to change the DTH to Airtel or Dish tv. Because their is no difference in cable tv & Tatasky. I am telling my friends & relatives to change the DTH, since I have not received any reply from their engineer.

I request you to set right the discrepancy immediately.

Some times My TATA SKY digicom is show no signal & we have to wait for it atleast for 1 hour or some times 15min. So I request u to solve my problem soon

with a drop of a hat error msg get displayed. what to do with it? cannot able to watch the favourite programmes when switch on the tv after getting back home from office, its so frustrating, with little rain when watching tv becomes most wanted there is no signal, why you are giving such kind of services, or better can say no services at all! please do smthn bout it soon r we have to for some alternative.

My id [protected] got deactive on 17/4/2014 & I recharged with rs.361.0 afterwhich the a/c balance showed Rs., 339.0, dont know why? Activation not done, massage from 56633 was insufficient balance.Again I recharged Rs.351.0 on 20/4/2014, massage on RMN is balanceRs.679.0. Yet my id is inactive .MAY I KNOW THE REASON ?

unable to see the programme

From past 3 to 4 days i am not able to see any of the channels.i have called in the help line numbers bt no progress..my balance is being deducted but not able to see the program..very disappointed..

unsuccessful recharge

i have recharged my tata sky on 31stjan2015 at 12pm my transaction id[protected] and service id is [protected] ihave recharged for RS 240 till date i didn't get recharged my phone no is [protected]
