Dear sir,
i have already launched complaint as on 3rd jan.2012.i have purchased tata indica ev2 from tayal motors in october month(2011).when i went in tayal motor i meet to madam shweta regarding to buy new car.she told me that u meet our agent a.k.singh and he will tell u all the docs formalities.i meet a.k.singh and handover my all docs.he also took 14000/-rupees for registration.it was in the knowledge of madam shweta.but after completion of 1 month he failed to do registration and avoiding me.i contact to madam shweta but she not gave me satisfactory reply.after that i registerd my car through another persons help.now a.k.singh not return my 14000/-rupees and madam shweta also refused.madam shweta now saying that he is not our agent.both (a.k.singh and madam shweta) are involved in this incident(fraud).i contact many times in tayal motors but their is no single body to listen me.one more customer said me that all fraud do by involvement of staff.
They are not return my rupees.i am very frustrate.please help me to solve this matter.
