I have submitted an application for my name correction in PAN CARD (ALSPB6691D), which is in January'2009. I have sent many reminder mails and till today I haven't recieved my pan card. Recently they ask me to send non receipt of pancard application, which i have sent long back. its been almost above 4months and not yet received my pan card.
