TCS - From the HDFC bank atm i tried withdrawing money but i didn't get the money and the amount is debited frommy A/C

On 30th June, I tried withdrawing money from the HDFC bank atm. But there is some problem in the ATM so I didn't get the Money and it was showing that the Transaction is timed out and the card came out of the ATM. But that 4000 rs is debited from my account. someone please tell me what I shyould do in this situation.
