[Resolved] TCS — misbehavior and rudeness by customer care | |||
On this date[protected] i went to Passport Seva Kendra of City Kannur, Kerala, the time exact 4 PM i think , so i have requested to security for checking my passport current state because i was applied on[protected] still it is not received so. after few second One lady came and told the details i requested to her "could you check whether what reason my passport not received she said wait a moment i ll tell you!!! after 2 min she came and said this is about doubtful documents i replaid to her i already know it was with doubtful documents and i asked what u people can do for me she said they can't do anything again asked why it is taking this much of time because it was almost three months that time she tarted talking very rudely and very offensively to me and she thrown my Passport Fee Receipt ...on that time two of her colleagues came down and asked what was the problem .. I have started to Explaining the details of the things to her colleagues that is a guy his name is " Rinoy " the time the lady came again and she warned him and stopped him and she said i have already explained him everything , i said to her you may please go that time time she rudely said im not speaking to you and who are you , i said to her this is not fair i will complaint you that time she said okay u can do whatever you like after she vanished from there , i asked to Rinoy about her name he refused me and said "GO ahead " i didn't understand what he meant .I do not understand how can a Government Organizations be So Arrogant and Deny Service to Customers I felt so sad and unhappy.
