[Resolved]  TDI Infrastructure — Use of abusive language while attending a customer call.

Sir/Ma'am, I talked to one of your customer care executive named "Joginder Singh" on date 19th September 2013 at 4.00 pm. He has used very rude, harsh and abusive language while attending the call on mobile phone. This is not the way to attend a call and clearly shows an act of total unprofessionalism in the authority. I think appropriate action must be taken against him because these kind of people spoil the environment of the company. Regards Akshay
