is it good r fraud company
hi every one i hered about this company, they r asking 75000 for joining and they are giving the one year mutual bond and after one year they will repay the money to us. so could u please sujjest me about this company.

Hai Friend, I am working with this company from last two months here they r providing corporate training.In the morning v r attending Comm. Skills development & personality dev Skills training whereas in the afternoon v r having our subject training.
Y I'm giving this msg u know?Bcz I'm enjoying my work in a congenial atmosphere & after joining this company my confidence about my future has increased 100 times.
We r receiving our salaries very promptly. If u have any doughts u can enquire openly.

Hi friend, thanku for giving this infrmatin .please sujjest me one more thing, how did u get the job in this company n did u pay the amount. in vch platform they r vrkng now is it correct they r devloped the kirloskar project?. 75k amount is it sufficent money . they said that they vil refund the money can i trust that.

Ya I understood I got this job through Mr. Syam who is working as a Hr. & I paid the amt in the form of D.D.Yes bcz I enquired about this comp. for 15 days & what i got news is that this building people are giving space only when the company is hav. min 8-10 projects.That's y i am happy.
Coming to refund yes they r but not for all the cand. only those who r performing well & sitting on the projects.Here they r hiking salaries from project 2 project.
may I know ur name yaar & I'm working on dotnet.

I'm employee of this company & U can join this company without any hesitations bcz now dot emp. r sitting on the project.& till now v r drawing our salaries promptly from kotak bank.here madam is taking care of each cand. they r providing comm. skills training & trainer is from VETA.Nxt Sub trainers r also & from that they r choosing good performers so that they r allowing them to sit on the projects & salary hiking.I paid 90k & in probation period I'm getting 8k now depend upon the perf. sal hiings r there.2months back I joined this company.
See just think urself dont take anybdys decision bcz this is ur future.I told only my exp. regarding comp.But one thing i can tell u that i can build my career from here that much confidence I'm hav. bcz direct management is taking care of all these things.
This comp. is not recruiting all the people who r coming to the comp. depend upon their req. they r going.From last 2months i'm hav. lot of dev. in myself including comm. skills & subj. also.

Hello, , everyone plz dont jump into ths crap, , , , i have attended to ths company for oracle, , , with an agent, , , they are asked to pay 80k, , , aftr completion of written test with in 5 mins they printed offer letter n shown to me, , , a good company all the time see for good resource if they have projects, , , they never ask for money, , a good company never asks for money if candiadte is worth, , , fcurse backdoor is posible tht depnds upon hr, , , , think if company only asking money, , , where they are, , , n where would ur career aftr joining these, , , , once think n join, , ,
my sincere suggestions to all frustated jobless guys, , , even i seen many fake comapnies(prodigy, infopro, professional, tech9sol...) n also am about join but 5minutes of my relax thinking saved big amount from my pocket, , , , then i realized this is not correct, , ,
If u want to join backdoor jobs please join level-3 companies, choose geniune path, , , or
Learn one technology which ur intrested seriously and try on it, , dam sure one day u ll hold the offer letter, , , , ,

OK, if this is pakka fraud company then u dont hav that much knowledge which company is best & which one is worst.You people always believes those companies who are going to shut down within 6 months but what do you know abt this company hmmm.
Coming to loose your 1lac money how u lost ur money, Y U DON"T HAV THAT MUCh SUBJECT OR TALENT SO THAT U CAN JOIN WITHOUT ANY MEDIATOR that means U YOURSELF DONT HAV CONFIDENCE ON YOU.
One more thing company is Refunding their amount back if any employee want to skip in the middle but till that time that employee is drawing his salary regularly.
These people are not for Money But I can say that they want to develop their company & for that sake they r taking our help or else we can also think that "WHEN MANY COMPANIES ARE GETTING CLOSED OR SHUT DOWN OR NOT GETTING CHANCE IN MNC COMPANIES THAT TIME THIS COMPANY IS GIVING A SMALL OPPURTUNITY"Bcz of this Opp. only we will get some kind of Experience in our relevent field.
Now a days all MNC companies are taking these steps and after 3-4 months they are telling that u are not suitable for our project then at that time what u people are doing? Are you writing compalints against them or what? We dont hav guts bcz we know that if we do like that then they will listout our name in Blacklist.When coming to small or upcoming or hardworking companies we will do as our devil mind is wishing.
Guys! what I believe u know that Y Small/Startup companies are going back or closing their companies bcz we unemployee are torchuring them.
Atlast one Important thing I want to tell u that:
Few months back i was employee of this company.I joined with my own interest but after few days I got one oppurtunity in Banglore so I started giving torchure to Hr & M.D. of this company & atlast I told to Madam that I want to resign.She told me as your wish.Then I asked what about my Money she told me to wait for sometime i.e 10 to 15 days.I said Ok & when I resigned with me 4 more employees resigned & she gave same reply wait for 10 days but I dont know what happ. that day that 4 employees forced me to take action against her & I done the same.And bcz of that our M.D. Madam she cried alot but that day total tech9 employees was with her & we 5 are on oneside.On the same day she asked me to come & collect my chq but bcz of these guys i hav. done a v.big mistake.
Next day she ask us to come to the office & she settled our total amount & that time I rec. that I hav. done a very very big mistake in my life for which I'm going to get a v.big punishment & same thing happ. withme I lost my Job, Family & all.
So this is a v. bad experience for me so pl. think 1ce, twice or thrice b4 taking decision bcz this is our future & career.
