[Resolved] Tech Mahindra — PF Amount not received

I placed a withdrawal request of PF in Sep 2009 and I could see no amount deposited even after 6 months since I applied. I am in Bangalore now and I tried to call PF office in Pune for several times but none of them answers my call. Could someone please help me here. Following are my PF Details:

I am an ex-employee (obviously) of Mahindra satyam ID - 96534, DOJ:[protected], PF number - AP/23034/88783.
The issue is, at very first i applied for PF (dec'13) they returned all the document back to my address stating that send your cross name-stating-cheque (By the way they didn't mention it in their 'guidelines for withdrawing PF' ) so i send all the required document again (dec'13) but now i don't know how to check the status of my PF withdraw-process (I know "http://www.epfindia.com/ClaimStatus_New.html"this link can help me). I want to know whether they got my documents or not and if they got everything they have send my docs to PF office or not? Come on, even Dominos home delivery system has more user friendly Process checker. Please guide me with this. Waiting for your response.

No reply from exit_helpdesk. Request PF Statement and Process for PF transfer. I need ot transfer my PF amount. Pleaase reply quickly, Suresh krishna murthy
