[Resolved] Techno India — College without faculty-Techno india Balurghat | |||
Respected Sir, Colleges under Techno India Group Kolkata runnning malpractice with faculty .They recruit faculty with offer letter in the name of group colleges like Techno India,TICT Rajarhat after pay them merely Rs 8000/-pm salary ,then compelled to go to remote college like Balurghat Techno India. For Your kind information Techno India Balurghat have 2nd year Electronics & Tele-Communication without a single ECE faculty .No classses held in colleges .Sometime with much threat the faculty like above send to that colleges for taking 1 or 2 week classes.If you make investigation then all malpractices can come open.All the number of faculty member are inflated figure.From next semester they are planning to have a pool of faculty with B.tech qualification to teach B.Tech college student for all Techno India Group collges which is a clear alternation of the rule. I am Tamal Sengupta I worked as a Faculty In Techno India Saltlake for 1 yr from sept 2008 to sept 2009 at that time i was persuing Mtech Form Netaji Subhash Engg college was receiving 8, 000 per month i was appointed as lecturer but was not given theory classes was appointed in digital lab.They have wasted one year of me after that they terminated me.Even my own college didnot took me as faculty its a great injustice.Not only that my own that my Mtech result was published after 1 yr and degree still not published by WBUT of 2009 NSEC Mtech Communication batch

Techno India Group have lot of potential to excel but they lack vision to be become one of the best. The infrastructure is very ordinary. The salary structure that is offered is not even half that offered according to any standard (AICTE or UGC). If the management does not act (and not just talk) they are going to perish very soon or worse they will remain at just another college without any strong brand.
