Teehal Enterprises - Salary not increase since last 1 years

Dear Sir

I am working in ICICI Bank LImited as Office boy under teehal enterprises outsourced by bank. The company is not icreasing my salary as I am working with this company since 2008 till date after talking with the supervisor of company for increasing my salary he is directly telling me to leave the job as they will not increase the salary. Is asking salary hike is crime? For asking salary hike, the company s asking me to leave the organization? Is this the proper way to handle empoyee queries? Moreover, my earier complaint was on the subject regarding EPF credits. My EPF no is NE/GHY/5604//80. The EPF credits are still not up to date. It is updated till 31 Mar, 2011. What abut the year 2012 ? There is no update on the same. Kindly look into the matter.
