[Resolved]  Telebrand — Airlounge Sofa cum bed

does the consumer complaint forum really solve the grievences?
I had submitted a complaint inthe past. Don'tknow the fate of that compalint.
Neither I got any acknowledgement.

One gets a satisfaction that complaint has been registered somewhere.
It amounts to cheating our own soul

better do not fall prey to all these ads. See the products physically and buy from the local market so that we can have recourse in case of need

sir being impressed with your advertisements i was willing to have one air sofa cum bed...
but according to the complaints lodged against the same i am a bit confused about the product...

kindly solve all the issues and earn a good will w.r.t the product so as to prove efficiency of your product as shown in advertisements...

I have also call to CC for product inquire, they attend me in well manner but
When I told him the complaints of product which I read on net, they disconnect
My phone instated of solving query.

TeleBrand — vpp not received

orders were placed as on 11/05/2011 vide booking Nos. 1899496 & 1899497, but no VPP have been received till date after lapse of 19 days.

Thanks to all !!! Even I was thinking of buying one this weekend. But now I need to think twice before opting for it.

Scared to place new orders.

why dont you all guy who are having this problem and some who dont know and will become a victum soon just get together and take a serious action on it. Like caseing a file or a serious complaint of fraud against them. One person doing this and i am sure everyone will follow it. I could take lead but i am in pakistan. was about to get order but for confirming something i wrote thier support two emails but no reply since now so now i am not buying it as seeing thier support and reading all this, so guys someone from india get together and take action. we can also do this by creating a page in Facebook and getting together and do something about this fraud which took u guy and will take many down.

Also you can file a case in customer consumer court its simple...

My order No.871 Date[protected]in1 Air Sofa Bed. I have a Complain of Air leakage on SEAT side of Sofa in my Product.
Please kindly solve my problem as soon as.

I really thank all of you for these complains about telebrand product. I happy to buy that sofa, after seeing these problems really i hate telebrand. very bad company

i had also bought silhoutte slimfit from telemall. there was a offer of buy one get one free. they couriered me the product for which i had to pay. whn i opened the product the size whch i hd askd thm to send was not the same one. whn i called the customer care they asked me to courier it back to chennai for which again i had to pay. they sent the one size larger which was perfect but whn i opened the second one after i had to put the first one for laundry i found that the second one was toren near the thigh area. i called the customer care but they said i had already used the product n won't take it back. i had already paid for the courier thrice so did not have the mood to spend more on courier n had to us the product as it is, ths advertising companies are fraud n people get impressed by seeing their promos.don't go for the promos, there is no gaurantee that u will get the right product or even if the product is right the piece will be in good condition. i have had two experiences of these companies. it is better to go to the shops of telebrands and buy it urself.

Me too purchased an Airlounge sofa, along with I found a paper which states not to jump, not to wet it, not to overfill the air and the most scariest thing they have mentioned is that it may result in injury. I have used this unfortunate sofa only once as they are kids at home I don't want to take chances.
When tried speaking to Telebrands customer care, trust me they are the most disguting, mannerless agents I have ever come across. I think I have been cheated. Not sure why they don't mention it on the TV about the precautions. I see kids jumping on it & been floated on water.

I totally agree, I think I am the latest fool to joiun this gang. Telebrands is a sham. I might lodge a complain to the consumer forum and a fraud for using my cyber credit ..

I do not have the delivery even after 4 weeks now and they have debited my two times on my credit card.

Those others who read this review please be extra cautious and do not rely on telebrands. They are cheats ... Take care. I share my review to save someone interest.

THEY HAVE CHEATED ME ... and they have no customer care department. Thay just buy time . They lie till you have spent enough time. That is what is business and money for this company .

I saw the advertisement of Airlounge 5 in 1 Sofa just yesterday - 06/12/2011. & I was so excited to place one order for it. But after going through the views & complaints of several customers who had suffered after getting the product, now I have dropped the idea of ordering it. Thanks to all you guys...
