Telebrands / Air Lounge - Poor Services and product is not delivered after so many follow ups and no reply from the mails sent across.

Dear Sir
I have placed an order for Air lounge from Telebrands through credit card in 1st week of March 2010, The telebrands transacted the amount from my credit card on 23rd March 2010 and told me the order no. 1751768, also gave me the customer care no. 022-40989529 for further assistance and to know about the status of the booking and delivery.

As per them they delivered the parcel by 5th April 2010, when i enquired about the same from the telebrands people, they gave me the courier company no. to check the parcel in the local courier office, I called up on that phone number, the person told me that parcel sent back to regional office as the door was closed and regional courier office sent it back to Telebrands- Mumbai on 7th April 2010. The courier person/company didnt call me before delivering the parcel nor they intimated me while sending it back to mumbai.

After that i called on the customer care no. so many times, initially they replied that once they receive the parcel they will call me and despatch it again. this process continues for 1 month. I sent the mails to support@telebrandsindia.com but i didnt get any reply. I sent mail through the company website as well regarding the complains, but these people didnt bother to repley the mail.

Recently 2 weeks back when i called the customer care no. they told me that the parcel is been found and will be despatching on thursday i.e. 13th May 2010, but they didnt despatched it, again i called up and enquired they told me that the parcel would be despatched on Wednesday i.e. 19th May 2010. I called up on Tuesday-18th May to enquire that the parcel is been despatching on wednesday or not. again the person told me that parcel will be despatched after 1 week. After all this when i insisted them to cancel the order. The person told me that order cannot be cancelled, and they cannot cancel the transaction from the credit card,

In this whole process, i have not received the parcel and my money is also been transacted and blocked with Telebrands. This indicates the poor service of the company.

I have been gone through the mental trauma and my money is also blocked for which i have not utilised the services and i have been charged interest on the credit card bill amount.

Need your help and support to get my parcel or to cancel the order.

Am attaching the credit card bill for your refrence as the amount been transacted on the billing date
