Telebrands India Pvt. Ltd. — Not Received Air Lounge in Specified Periods

I (Pankaj Mittal) have placed an order to Telebrands on March 27, 2010 for purchasing its product having name "Air Lounge" over telephone and this Company's executive has given me an order no. 1768731 against my order for further references. But even after 52 days, product (Air Lounge) has not been delivered till date. I have made payment of Rs. 5794/- through my Citi Bank (Master) credit card no. [protected].

Company assured me that I would get my product within 15 days to 20 days. After waiting for the period as specified above. I have made many reminders through telephone to the Company on their telephone no.[protected] and every time their executive told me that they have sent my product through registered mail having reference no. R0000036 and as per them I would get my product within next 2 or 3 days and they did not tell me the exact status of my order till date.

On the advice of Telebrands’s executive, I have faxed the letter on their fax no.[protected] dated May 06, 2010 and again May 11, 2010.

Now, I am too much upset with this order and with Telebrands’s services
