Dear Sir,

I saw an advertisement of a product named “Fix it Pro” over Zee TV network made by TeleBrands (India) Pvt. Ltd, the presenter presenting the product that it will remove the scratches from the car, I phoned to the TeleBrands (India) Pvt. Ltd and the person asked me to give my credit card no. which I gave to him and he told me that the product will bo received within 15 days and the prize of the product is 2094/- so I agreed and paid the amount it took more than 18 days I received the product. When I open the packing and use the product it was not working, as it was dry, I immediately call on the customer care no. [protected] as this number was mentioned upon the invoice. The person, a lady, asked me to send back the product, I told her it will be a costly affair you send me the other product. I have made so many calls. But till date I don’t get the product. I do not know how to deal this type of companies those are cheating their customer like this. Along with the product they send a invoice no. V[protected] dated 03/07/2010 against the order no. R0003013. Hope you will help me to solve this problem.
