[Resolved]  Telebuy — Product is defective very bad customer service

I had purchased product ABcircle pro in July2010
while using the machine the nuts broke and the machine
stopped working . This product has one year warranty
when i called up the main office of telebuy company to lodge a complain the people refused to repair the product

customer service — Terrible experience with customer service people in Chennai

Last saturday, I had a terrible experience with NOKIA customer care people in Chennai. I got my mobile (Model : 2310) repaired (speaker was not working), but the response given by the ladies at the desk was horrible.

I was asked to wait for half-an-hour to get it repaired, which I gladly accepted. After waiting an hour, I asked about the status to two ladies at the desk. The third time, when i asked, one lady started shouting at me "are you not seeing that we are busy? we are not simply sitting".

I felt very bad about the situation. My humble request is that they should be taught to deal with customers.

I feel like not going to that care center the next time.

I had purchased product ABTrack in Dec 6th 2010
While using the machine for just one week I found some wounds on my knees.When i called the Customer care(January 2nd) of telebuy company to make the service. Till now (Called Customer Care for more than 5 times), no one has come to service the machine. I would like to request you to take some immediate action against the Telebuy company their contact number is as follows :

Just I have purchased a Product the same Brand. The way the people are showing the advertisement it is not the same in practical . The money they are charging so high considering the material quality. Definitely the durabality is not more than 6months. And now chennai is the main source of corruption so we can not rely such people those are operating from chennai.
Do n't purchase this product which has no weightage as they people are showing. It will your wise dicision not to purchase a AB Circle in stead of repend after purchase.
I also bought a telebuy product 3 months back and the quality of service is very very poor.They simple dont respond to your complaints.We should take this to consumer rights group.

I have purchased an orbitrek elite by mistake from telebuy one year back now it is having some complint and i lodged a complaint two weeks back. but no one has responded back to my complaint. the customer care is very horible and i humbly request people to buy from any showroom so that you get some response when you have a complaint and also a personal bonding will be there.

Ordered Orbitrek Elite, After so many follow-ups a delivery persons comes mid night to deliver the product. My request was for converting to EMI, they also swiped the processing fee. Later no conversation happened, telebuy is happy enjoying the fund and I am getting charged on my card the interest every time.

I have called the customer care n no of times, no one takes initiative to solve the problem since April I am running behind these customer care to solve it.

Ridiculous service. My advise is to band these types of companies.

I am going to log a case against these guys to the customer court.

I buy orbitrek Elite from telebuy same time these people said some offer is there airbed, that also buy like told, we told don't want . but telebuy people forcefully compelled after we buy that also, after 2 month that airbed is slowly air loosening not stable . Now i called means nobody response correctly. sales time very softly handling, customer calling any complaints means you complaint to Chennai only .In my life again i am not buy any product from Telebuy . Its very poor response . People be Alert careful to buy product.

i purchased for ur future dvd through telebuy.(Inv/Dc no.26639) .The dvd is very much useful for me except the important questions and question papers not opened. In that dvd, important questions and question paoers were not opened. so, i call customer care ([protected]) but the agent told hat install the adobe flash player. I told to the agent that the adobe flash player is already exists in our computer.He relied that he asked to the higher authority and contact me. Fifteen days went, No call is come from the agent, Today icall for the customer care. the same story had said by them. bad resoonse from customer care.The dvd is very much useful for me except the important questions and question papers not opened.The lady has not responding me and after i called more than 6 times no body taking the phone. very poor expriance.

i personally request to you all please do not purchase any product through telebuy. this company is very very bad. i bought tablemate
in the month of march 25th 2014 as we opended it was received as damaged piece. on very next day i complained it was said
after two days the product will be replaced but till today nobody has turned up. then again i complained the same dialogue was
repeated. i must say that we all to be gather and close this company. It is at Chennai. We all should lodge a strong complain against

I got call from TelebuY and informed me that I win prize of 8gms gold coin and Samsung mobile. They asked me to pay Rs.3000. I got cheated after receiving the parcel from post. I received only Gold plated coins that too not even worth for 100rs. plz plz don't accept these offers and call form them. I frankly tell that they are cheating us, our valuable money. Even after that I called them and scold for this, I got these answers,

they refused that they didn't call me,
again I got "plz tell me ur courrier ID, we will check, then end the call",
then I called and scold them that "bleddy cheaters, I complain this to police and take legal action", but they said u can do whatever u want, like that they said.

Please aware of these calls. Believe in your work, plz don't believe in your luck.

I bought a table mate 10 months back and after using it for 3 months, it has got a bend for laptp weight itself.They replaced the top after my complaint but I had to visit their service center to get this for free.Again after two months, the same issue with the pad.This time, they are asking for rs 300 for replacing.All this happened in eight months of purchase.I dont see much quality on the whole product.Think before anyone planning to buy further.

very worst customer service by telebuy. better do not buy any telebuy products. they sell defective product and for replacement you need to travel almost 40 to 50km on your own to get it rectified. Better to try some other brand instead of telebuy. Do not get attracted with TV adds
Tele buy is only fooling people with their spending on Ads. rather very poor in customer service and their satisfaction. A part if they spend in meeting customers complaints will atleast redeem their image.I am one of the dissatisfied customer.
