[Resolved] The Bodycare — unsatisfactory service | |||
i have taken a service for inch loss from body care which was not as promising as it was explained at the beginning. i stopped using the service after taking 6 sittings although i have given the payment of 10 sittings. after 2 months of leaving the service in-between i got a call from body care that i should meet them they can help me out if i am not satisfied with their service. i met them and they offered me that i can switch to another service and they will give me extra benefits in that service. i have then switched to beauty service, after taking 1 sitting my i got pimples on my face. i had consulted to doctors than, and they suggested me to stop using the service any more. i explained this to bodycare and showed my prescription too n requested them to pay my cash back, because the service they are providing is not according to my skin and i don't want any more experiments to be done on my skin, i am requesting them from past 1 month but they are not giving any commitment that they will pay my cash back. please help me out.
