[Resolved]  The Grand New Delhi Hotel — not giving the PF details

I was working with the Grand New Dalhi Hotel, Vasant Kunj,Nelson Mendela Road, New Delhi. From July 2008 to July 2009. When I leave my job I requested the company to give my provident Fund. They told me that you need to submit the PF form first. I submitted the PF form in the Hotel.
And its being 7 months they do not give my PF form and PF number. They denied to give my all the PF details.
Please take some necessary action with this company. As soon as possible.
