The Mobile Store — Defective BSNL Penta IS703C

I purchased BSNL Panta IS703C from The Mobile Store (one Line) vide order No [protected] dated 25th August 2012

After receipt of the Product it was found defective. The product was given to authorized service center of the Penta Technology for checking/repairing which was returned without fixing the defect.

I am following up with The Mobile Store since 19th September 2012 for replacement. I had written various email & made lot of telephone calls. Everytime they said that replacement will be despached today.

Till now I have not received the replacement.

I reported the matter to Customer Care, Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. also but all in vain
