The Mobile Store / iPhone — Defective Handset

ON May 10th I went to THEMOBILESTORE LIMITED located in Frazer town in Mosque Road.
The invoice number for the phone is 13956/6183731 for which IPhone 3gs was given to me.

Then after two days I started to observe that the battery back was very less. So I started observing
the phone another using not using the most of the applications. On 9th day I felt for sure the
problem with phone battery . I had charged the phone completely to 100 % before my sleep but was
shocked to see in morning with only a 10 % of battery left.
Then I went to The MOBILE Store ( 21/05.12 ) from where I brought the phone the
employees there sent me to Apple service office located in RT Nagar.Leaving my Job I went to
service office to my surprise there was nobody available in to attend me as they busy with the
meeting. After Initial fight with them the person in the reception a engineer came and attended me.
I told him about the battery problem I am facing with the phone. He took the phone and said they
need to observe the phone for 24 hrs. I handover the phone to them and in return they hand me
service report : 3212 .Even after 24 hrs there was no update to me I had to call them up for the
update. When I called them for the 1st timeon 22/05/12 the engineer asked my permission to
format the phone.
I informed the engineer to format the phone and do the necessary observation. The next day
( 23/05/12 )also no update was given to me so again I had called them up and to my surprise they
were again asking me for permission to format the phone where as I had already given them the
permission a day before itself. But it was not communicated to them Is the reply I got . I was
fasturated with the kind of service centre they were having. Then again after my permission they
format the phone and installed the software and did the necessary checks . The next day 24/05/12 I
got a call at last from the service centre informing me that there is problem with the battery and I
will get the replacement.
Then Replaced handset also handset had some issues with the home button which was later replaced. Then third handset was given to me with a battery issues . The handset was again replaced with a fourth one. The current handset is having issues like freezing , ringing tone giving abnormal sounds .

3. QR2175G5EDG : Replaced handset and date of replacement 29th May 2012 (Battery Back up )
4. [protected] : Replaced handset and date of replacement 8th june 2012 ( Freezing of handset and abnormal ringing tone some times )
I am totally upset with Apple phone and service with regard’s to facing issue many times within a month of purchase itself.
