I have always purchased several handsets from your respective outlets but this time i am not at all happy with the experience i had after purchasing my Nokia-X2. I bought this cell phone from the Irla,Mumbai Outlet on 04/02/11 my order no is 02064486 and invoice no is 1005/2386. While purchasing i was offered an extended warranty with my cell and i was pleased to take it so i paid the extra amount and the salesperson gave me the bill which i have attached in this mail. while purchasing i asked the salesperson about the bill for extended warranty so he wrote in the bill and gave it to me and said said bring this bill and we will serve you, and as a customer, completely unaware of your services was happy to get an extended warranty, and now when there is a problem in my handset i went to the Mobile store outlet at Irla,mumbai they told me they dont have any information and they diverted me to the worli outlet, i even went there but even they said there is no entry in their system, so inshort you guys have fooled me with your splendid offer where even after paying, you didnt entered the details in your system for that i have to suffer now.....
