Dear Sir/Madam,

As per your CLAIM SETTELEMENT VOUCHER, the above said deducted amount is as
per policy while as per my knowledge [noted from the Co. site] it is not
like that therefore you are requested to re-check it and revert back along
with extra deduction made for Rs. 5565/- [As mentioned disagree] as soon as
possible.
In addition to above, if my knowledge is in complete then please don’t
hesitate to up date me [by sending details of amendment w.e.f.] with the
relevant amendment done and applied on computation of the said amount.
Since it is after awarded from INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN, I am expecting
appropriate action and satisfactory response with in one week there after
shall be force to escalate the matter.
