Sub: Non Transfer of my Pension after getting all the paper work done Company after more than 4 years

R/Sir,

I am AR Srinivasan My PF Pension A/c No. (MH/424/020741) writing to seek your help in my PF pension fund transfer issue. I was resigned from from services of M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited. New Delhi after working with them for 13 years 4 months. My accrued Pension fund was not transferred to my present account no. DL/17112/1662 despite my repeated follow up with company and I was told that the documents were processed and sent to RPFC Thane Mumbai, no response received from PF Authroity for my Pension Fund Transfer.

My present account PF authority confirmed receipt of PF fund from the L&T Trust against my Grievance registered vide Registration Number DELSO/E/2010/02881. I reproduce the same for your ready reference.

It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
PF accumulations of Rs.507188- transferred from the Trust(MH/424/60862) has been
credited to EPF A/c of this office on 28.2.2008 vide S.No.58 at Page No.248. But, the EPS
details in r/o MH/424/60862 are not received in this office. The member is requested to get
the EPS details transferred to this office by submitting form no.13 duly completed through
his/her present employer
Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office.Please quote the same in your future
