11. Is your complaint related to : Group Nagrik Suraksha Insurance Policy
12. Details of complaint (including details of document copies attached):
1. I, Dr. Maganlal S. Moliya, am having mediclaim policy of Oriental Insurance co. Ltd. At Rajkot. With policy no.: 142200/48/2010/438 policy name: Group Nagrik Suraksha.
2. I underwent a hospitalization for accident with N.M. Virani Wockhardt Hospital Rajkot during 25/01/2010 to 27/01/2010.
3. I had put up the claimed for the same with the company on 11/03/2010 with required documents and necessary formalities. The claim amount is Rs. 32155/- (Rs. Thrity Two Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Five only).
4. Till date the claim is not yet settled.
5. I have recd. a letter dated: 15/02/2012 stating that the claim was put up late(late intimation). However, the claim had been put up within three months of the casualty with necessary formalities.
6. The claim was put up on 11/03/2010 for which I have received the answer on 15/02/2012.
7. I feel that the company has played tricks with me and is not in a mood to settle my claim.

Please if is possible then plz help me.
