[Resolved]  The Passport Office, Ranchi — Passport Application File Ref. No. Z000019 / 10 in the name of Das, Anita Kumari pending processing since almost 12 months

I have written several e-mail letters to the authorities at the Passport Office in Ranchi to their e-mail address rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in requesting them to kindly let me know why it is taking almost a year for them to process my above application but, I have failed to receive a reply from them till date and, this is despite the APO (PG) also intervening and requesting them look into the matter in several of their e-mails sent from their e-mail address which is grv.[protected]@mea.gov.in over the past 6 months or so.

In view of the above, I am left with little alternative but to report this irregularity to your distinguished authority in Office with a request to please investigate this negligence on the part of the Ranchi Passpot authorites as it is almost a year since my aplication under reference has been pending and all I am asking is how long more is it likely to take before my Passport is issued to me to which I am not receiving any reply - why ??

I trust that you will now be pleased to consider my request for further strong and necessary action to be taken in this regard so that this matter is brought to a staisfactory close sooner rather than later for all o[censored]s.

Thanking you and my apologies for taking up your time. However,I hope you will aprreciate that this is purely as a result of failings on the part of the elements responsible for this negligence at the Passport Office in Ranchi which I hope your authority in Office will now take necessary steps to bring to books.

I look forward to receiving your kind response further in the matter shortly.
