[Resolved] The Passport Office, Ranchi — Undue delay in issue of Indian Passport (File Ref. No. Z000019 / 10) | |||
Dear Sirs, Re: Passport Application File Reference Number: Z000019 / 10 in the name of Das, Anita Kumari Further to my e-mail to you a while ago just now, I have just checked the Passport MEA's Status page for the latest status of my Passport and find that it still showing that Police Verification not yet received when both Police Verification and CID Report have been dispatched by the Jamshedpur District Passport Cell along with my Passport application March 2010. I have checked with the Foreign Section in Jamshedpur SP's Office and was told that the verification has been sent to Ranchi Passport Office under their Dispatch Number 5850 / FS dated 03/09/09 and the CID Report was dispatched under their Memo Number: 4023 dated 21/11/09. Therefore, the Status of my Passport currently appearing on the MEA's Passport Status page is incorrect and wrong. Kindly take up this matter with the Passport Officer at Ranchi as they are not responding to my e-mails I send them for an update of my Pasport application. Thanking you and looking forward to receiving your kind response further in the matter shortly. Here Rajnish Kumar Kaushal from Jamshedpur, As per the call yesterday I received they Advice me to send a letter rejection letter, with dual respect it not my fault, So, why I will preferred to reject my Passport .While I have Applied for Passport on 19feb2010 I was Studying in bangalore, I was not a permanent Resident of there and know also I am working in Vellore as a Industrial Trainee it is a part of our study I am not a permanent Resident of there also. I am permanent Resident of Jamshedpur Only and accordingly I have provided my document Like Bank Statement, Voter id, Mark sheet of Jamshedpur & bonafied certificate for where I was studying. Since, I have applied for passport on 19/02/10 from feb to july I was studying in bangalore but there no one came for verification from passport office, so how is it my fault kindly let me know and I want to apply my passport from Jamshedpur only because after completing my 1 Year training from vellore. I will return back to my home town Jamshedpur as I have mentioned I am a permanent resident of Jamshedpur.
So, Kindly advice me what should I do for that, as I am not the Defaulter.
I have a humble request from you .

u have updated this information of late dispatch on 9th dec 2010 and told to dispatch on that week
but still i haven't gotten my passport, may i know what?

This has got connection with your show cause notice dtd. 16'th March 2012, Ref. No. A020964/09, PV/NO. 2432.
First of all, i would like to inform you that, you have mention the letter date 16'th March, but it has been recieved by the nominee of the passport holder itself on 26'th March with her signature. For your record you can check with speedpost recieving details, that clearly speaks about that, passport holder is residing on said address.
I am surprised to see that, in your letter, remarks has been given that, passport holder is not residing since last more than one yr & photographs has not been verified. It is absolutely baseless.
You are requested to kindly recheck or update the status of my passport bearing No. H5574170 Dated 20-08-09.
