[Resolved]  The Professional Courier — Worst Customer service

The Professional Courier is providing the worst service to its customer.
I had to courier chocolates when I went to that shop they took and they did not ask for any declaration.I sent it on 30th March 2011 . They promised it would reach on April 1st 2011.Even on 5th Apr I did not recieve any update and the person whom I sent did not recieve the parcel also. When I tried to track the status it was showing as On-Transit. I tried reaching out to consumer care they updated me that the courier has returned back collect it in main office Miyapur Hyderabad. When I tried calling nobody picked up. Somehow I searched that office and When I went there , they were just relaxed . They had no any interest in attending my problem.Finally they did and they found that courier is in Pune. When we contacted the Pune delivery office that lady is very very harsh. She just damn care about the deliverables and she wants to deliver at her own time. When we requested her to deliver right away she said they damn care and they would deliver at thier convinience which is very bad about this courier service.Then my friend to whom I had couriered had to go all the way to that office to collect the parcel. Due to this long delay and improper handling of parcel chocolates were spoiled and my good will was also disturbed in front of my friend.

It is very important to serve their customers properly.This kind of rude behaviour and worst customer service is unacceptable.

I here by request consumer forum to take appropriate acction against them and also I would request Professional courier to recover all my losses of around Rs.2500/- which included the cost of chocolate,courier charges , petrol charges for roaming to and from Proffessional Courier office couple of times.
