Dear Mr. The professional courier I would like to bring to your notice that I had to receive a Courier which was sent from Mumbai to Gurgaon, Haryana (Shipment No. vpl[protected]________) on ______27/12/2011____to till date_____. However, despite the delay of _16 days, my shipment has not reached. The concerned person from your department also called me to confirm the address but no such couriered was received so far and it was confirmed by your personnel that the couriered is returned back to Mumbai without assigning any reasons. Despite repeated calls to your Customer Service agents, both at Mumbai and Delhi offices, the delivery has NOT been done. The representatives have shrugged of their responsibilities by putting the blame on the shipment from one person to another. This huge delay in delivery is quite contrary to the standards of quality and efficiency in service claimed by you. Hence you are requested to look into the matter to trace the current location of the shipment and kindly have it delivered. I, the receiver, have my contact details given below.
