Ananda Bazar Patrika — Poor renewal process for half yearly subscription of The Telegraph and Ananda Bazar Patrika

I have been a regular subcriber for The Telegraph and Ananda Bazar Patrika since the last 3years and the subscription period against the last half-yearly renewal expired on the 31st August, 2011. But to my utter disappointment I have not received the renewal coupon till date and there was no attempt on the vendor’s part to check with me about my continued interest in the renewal process.

I’m really surprised that today when we are globally connected through a well established network setup a subscriber has to wait patiently for a piece of paper (cuopon) to reach his address.
I would prefer the reinstatement and continuity of the renewal from the date of expiry.
