Want to see the worst HR recruitment practise, then please go to Times of India (response) office in Lucknow, they will show you how to do it, i gave interview there, and they asked me to wait for 7 days,
after seven days i made call to them and he said we will let you know, and time passed on, afer some time when i use to make call Mr.Santosh picked the phone and pretend as if i am not audible to him, and then he stopped picking my phone, i also mailed him but no response. This shows that how childish practise these people follow, i wasted my valuable time and tried hard to contact them but everything ended at futility, so thats how they follow HR practise, Welldone Santosh (sweet child) may god bless you.
