Dear Sir, I have subscribed the TOI daily for one year. Order # NAC031190. I have submitted my change of address through e-mail as per the request of Chennai CRM team of TOI and the same did not happened till now. Last 2 months I'm following with TOI team and every time they says that with in 48 hrs the complaint will be resolved, but all false commitment. TOI Daily — Non-Delivery

My Order No: NAD025911

My TOI yearly subjscriptin renewed from 14.04.10 onwards but I yet to get TOI Daily Newspaper till date. I have sent number of mails to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com but as such no action has been taken.

I do not understand the reason behind non-delivery of TOI daily Newspaper. Either, please ensure that I get TOI daily without any interruptions (OR) return back my subscription immediately. My residence address is given below.
