[Resolved]  The Times Of India Group — Charges for Combo offer of News Paper

The Times of India Group — Non functioning of national roaming

My mobile connection no.[protected] has a national roaming but it has stopped functioning for last three days. I have tried to talk to a customer care executive on 111 but there is no such provision in the menu of this service.

Sir I am buying The Times of India News Paper & NavBharat Times from Vendor in New Multan Nagar (Vendor's name RAHUL NEWS PAPER AGENCY, MADIPUR NEW DELHI 110063. HIS MOBILE NO. IS [protected]. He is charging Rs. 230 i.e. actual charges for each New paper instead of Combo offer. When contacting he says to approach the TOI for getting Combo offer, till then he will continue to charge full rates of newspapers. A clarfication may please be given regarding the rates for combo offer, and instructions may be given to the Vendor for charging combo offer rates and refund excess money taken.

Sir, I am also facing the same problem. I am staying at G-4/34, Sector 15, Rohini, Delhi(vendor's name is Mr.Shiv Raj Singh, , A-1/270, Sector 6, Rohini Mobile No.[protected]) He is not giving the benefit of combo offer. Please reply whether the scheme is on or discontinued as the vendor is telling me to talk directly.

This is to bring to your notice that i am taking 2 newspapers i.e., TOI and Navbharat Times, for which i am paying Rs 240/-. Though for the same package i was paying Rs195/- at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Would like to clarify from your end that is there a combo offer existing on these 2 newspapers or not, & if so please do tell us about the rate of this combo offer. I think there are lot many consumers who might be facing the same problem. So please do address the matter on a public forum for all, may be on your online site or in your newspaper. Hoping for a positive reply from your side. And please do reply back if you think so much about the consumers that you promise & write, as this issue needs an immediate redressal. Thanking you in anticipation.

I am also facing the same problem. My vendor is charging for both papers TOI and NBT. He has charged Rs140+Rs120=Rs260. for July2012.

i have paid news paper bill for 1 year.first 2 months was delivery the newspaper daily.but after that news paper was not deliverying daily.

I have paid for Toi and economic times combo for a year in June but now vendor is saying we have to pay extra for Saturday and Sunday and 40 rupees monthly as delivery charges.
