The Times Of India — Subscription not recd

I had paid a sum Rs 299/- vide cheque number 217286 on 28 August 11, towards the annual subscription fees for Times of India Chennai edition.

The person who collected the cheque promised that the issues will be delivered from the 1st September.

Even after several follow up calls this is still pending,

Have called their help line as well wrote mails to their email id -crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com
but have not recied any positive response yet.
