[Resolved]  The Times Of India — Subscription by Vendors

Hello,
The newspaper vendor who came to my flat to give times of india at the time when we usually sleep. Hence we've a little contact with him. Still couple of times when my mom woke up to catch him as because of some subscription missing and told him to give us yearly subscription he told he can't. More surprisingly he didn't take us for any month bill that would be convenient for us as then we can stop the same. Because without subscription we need to pay 3 times of the bill.
Yesterday night suddenly he came and asking for whole years money.
We can't find any good reason so as to why we need to pay 4 times of the money unnecessarily? Moreover if someone forcefully give us newspaper and without our approval for that why do we need to bear the cost?
