Sub: - Very poor service from Kulathunkal Motors Trivandrum

This is to infrom you that reguarding Kulathunkal Motors Trivandrum, what I had faced from them last 3 and half months .My name is Sreejith living in Trivandrum, I need your support immediate action on this.

I am having 2 indica bought from Kulathunkal Motors Trivandrum. 1 year before I had purchased one and recently, I had taken another one indica vista on Oct 2010 - Kl 21 C 2822, has got an accident on 08th Dec 2010. Next day itself was taken to Kulathunkal Motors { Complaint is only in Boday Parts }

I had personaly met MD of Kulathunkal Motors and he had gave me a word that vechicle will repaired within 15 to 20 days. After that the Kulathunkal Motors and the Insurance People, they together made another 1 month delay for the cliem. (Kulathunkal Motors themselves recommeneded the Insurance company)

After that I met the MD and Superviors of Kulathunkal Motors and Insurance company advicer and discuss with them about stating the work but still they didn’t finalized. I had informed both that I will put a case against them in Cousmer Court

Next day morning itself they started their work. Just I want to know why didn’t they fix the problem ealier, after that they infomed me within 1 month they will release the vechicle, but now almost 4 month they had taken for this. Still the work is not moving prorpely

I am working in a travel agency In Trivandrum, one of the fasted growing and a best customer of Tata Vehicles .On duty time In a week almost three to four times I have been visting Kulathunkal Motors. But there is no response form them and telling different dates for the delivery .

Now a days when I call Kulathunkal Motors they are not picking up the phone atleast. I had planned to buy 2 more cars from TATA { Indigo }, but sory to inform you by this experience form Kulathunkal Motors I had changed my plan. Realy we are fed up with their worse sevice and customer care.

They are always saying about the work perfection. I would like to point out one incident what happend on 16th Feb 2011, 04 PM at their work shop { this date is also our agreed delivery date }. One of their client is shouting at the reception at the delivary time. The problem is he couldn't lock the car door. The superwiser was saying, it was a small problem only, they will repair that after one week. Is this their perfection in work ? The client cann't park his vehicle in public place atleast. If this is Kulathingal Motors' Perfection, I am affried, my vehicle's condtion at the delivary time.

I am not a rich person. I have purchased the vehicle on Bank Loan. I have been paying Rs.8000/- per month to the bank. Just becuase of this problem, i couldn't pay the same. If Tata Motors, hope one of the best companies in India, couldn't take immediate action against the same, definitly we are forced to go to the Consumer Court.. We are working in a seasonal business, Tourism. This is the peack time in Kerala. After March, we won't get any packages. Then it will be a very big loss to us. My Advocate is also advising me for the same for claim the retention.

I have one more complained about Kulathungal Motors and Tata Motors. At first the company offered Rs.4000/- as Coperate Discount, becuase we have purchased 04 vehicles from the same comapany. But after deliverd the vehicle their Management ignore their words. That's gone. They blaim the same to theirown sales people. Now this is my second vehicle. They offer me Loyalty as Rs.10, 000/-. I have been calling their MD and Sales Representatve. But they are always saying the same words, "" You Will Get With In One Week "". Now it is more than 6 months.

I wont recommed any body to take TATA Vechiles { Hope if you also do the same, if you are in my possition }.

We are expecting an immediate action action against this. Still we are beliving in TATA MOTORS. Your kind consideration will be highly appreciated.
