[Resolved]  Ticket — Challan refund

Respected Sir,

I am Alok jain traveling from Karnal to N. Delhi on 02.June.2011. I hv taken ticket from Karnal Junction having ticket No 07684521 The ticketing counter person issued a superfast ticket to me by saying that this will converted in train by T.T.E. I have entered in 2nd last coach & searching T.T.E. unfortunately Magistrate flying was also there in next coach thy have caught me before meet to T.T.E. I had requested that I have just entered from Karnal but they haven’t listen and surrender me to Railway Police force. Then they drop me to Panipat Junction & again before meeting to magistrate they have filled my challan voucher {voucher no 3981 Special railway magistrate no 96} & fined me of Rs. 500/- in this regard I spoke to magistrate & given a written application then they said “we will take care of these kind of things next time “. After that I have put a complaint in station master complaint book at Panipat having no 084 dated 02.06.2011.

Sir due to miscommunication from Karnal station staff & rude behavior of flying staff I haven’t attend my office that day, suffered a lot & also fined of Rs. 500/- you are requested to kindly take necessary action & refund my money.
