Hey Tikona !! This is how your service is.. This following email conversation has been done with Tikona. MY EMAIL to TIKONA:: DATE :: Wed, Nov 9, 2011 Hi !! Ever since, I have registered under Tikona service (17/06/11). service wise I do not have any problem but I must say the technical dept SUCKS !! big time.First of all they never call back on schedule time secondly they are not at all expert with any kind of technical problem, if they promise something, they never stand with their words. From the beginning of the service I found the signal tower from my place is approximate 1/2 km far. It has been checked by the Tikona engineer who came to my house.Since then I have been calling more than 5-6 times. except falls promises, I dint get any solution so far... It is really so frustrated and disappointing too...your service is new in the market. and that is the reason I took your service, to think of that I'm going to get best Internet connection. Package is good but service is zero. I don't think that your people are taking the business seriously. I don't want to go brief but even checking one E-mail takes more than a minute because there is no "upload speed" most of the times it comes as zero. I do not blame your service for this but your people are totally bizarre therefore, if your reading my complain please take a proper step. You can reach me @ xxxxxx0711, xxxxxx2276 / 5pm to 7pm in the evening (Monday to Friday) and anytime on Saturday and Sunday,otherwise I have to discontinue your service with full of disappointment. Bunch of work there.First of all they do not understand simple problem.And please do not say "This cell is well trained to resolve all issues promptly!!" HAH!! LOL!! . There are two stupid employee named "swapnil" & "magesh", first of all, train them what is the technical support all about.If those two name do not exist under your employee list, then i must say that they are big LAIR too.They sound like they just woke up from sleep "SHAME".I expected a call back from you guys.thought you guys will definitely take my matter seriously, but i don't know what you are up to. This is one of THE MOST BIZARRE technical support ever i've experienced. And remember, nothing you guys are doing for free.I'm being charged every month for your WORSE service.And please don't rubbish me anymore, until you solve my problem.
