Worst Customer service & Not Transferring the Connection
We have got Tikona broadband connection on 24-Feb-2012. My user Id is 1105834170.
Since we have shifted our house from Nilangarai to Puzhthivakam (Madipakam) on 29-June-2012. We have raised a complaint in Tikona Customer Care for the reason to update my new address (or) transfer my connection to my friend and also our device is not working properly on 29-June-2012 @ 2:40PM.
Till now We have not received any response from them. Every day we are calling to customer care number and asking about the status of our complaint, the answer from them is, we will send a technical assistant to your residence (or) with in 24 hours your problem will be resolved. Almost we had heard the same answer for 8 times.
