[Resolved]  Tikona — Slow speed and no help from customer care.

complained about 10 times to the customer care of this company no responce from the concern team or the department. the customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer. they do not have any complain direct no. no contact to the corporate office. please help me.

Tikona — Slow Net Speed

Dear Cunsumer Forum,


This to bring to your notice that, instead of daily Complaints about
the net speed. Nobody from tikona team can able to take it seriously &
do the solutions of problem.
Since when i had Plug tikona net connection not a single time net
given me 2 MBPS Speed it is always between 64 kbps to 500 kbps. My
plan details are mentioned below.

This is non other than customer cheating may lead to force me to go
against you in Consumer forum for Compensation. i am the Genuine
Customer who always pays bill in time instead of getting worst
internet speed.

Now the choice is yours since i have attached all the required proofs
to show the fact of my problem.
Company Claims the Net speed 2 MBPS But not a single time they serve me as per the the commitment & for what i am paying for.

I want Compensation for this negligence & service cheating.

My Plan is ULTD 799 Download speed is 750 Kbps Unlimited Usage Plan but I am getting Speed of less than 130 Kbps. The Complaint is 2 months old and there is no action taken till today every alternative day I call the Customer Care – TECH dep., but they only say our person will come and fix the same but there no response for the calls…
So, please do the need full for the same

Tikona — Refund of my amount -- because the wrong information provided by rep..regarding the usage

This is Rajendra Prasad V.V.D , taken Tikona connection on 17th of FEB and the connection has given on 21-feb as per the representative(Mr. Naga Kotaiah) visited my place, he inform me that with the plan I take QUNLTD1949 will get complete 600 KBPS with dedicated speed but only after two days my speed got dropped to 190 kpbs and when I contact customer care regarding this they inform me that we are having fair usage policy and you will get the dedicated speed upto 2 gb download per month , their by your speed will automatically get decreased. Before taking connection I ask the representative to make sure that will I get the dedicated speed or not but he inform that you will get the dedicated speed with this plan, so I have make the payment of 3 months , but with the decreased speed it is not possible to make the transaction of data thriough VPN . So I have called Tikona customer care and ask them if their is any possibility to give dedicated speed atleaset 512 kbps but they do not accept, so I have urge an request to cancel the account on 24th - FEB. They inform me that your amount will be refund after 30 days but you will not get the installation charges I even accept that condition but when I call your customer care regarding this refund they inform me that as you have used more than 100 mb of data you will not get the refund, and when I argue with them they have raise other complaint with reference number

Tikona — pathetic, disgusting, ridiculous internet & customer service

Hi

This is in regards to ur broadband connection which i had recently availed & finally had to call ur customer care & request for the cancellation due to your pathetic, ridiculous & disgusting customer service i have received.

I do not have my user ID as of now to provide however i can definately mention the difficulties i had been through till date.

i had applied for the connection 3 weeks back & had paid by check to (Kumar - [protected]) your sales executive for your quarterly unlimited data allowance pack of 3k who along with the technician had arrived at my place after they had given me the demo & i was promised that the connection will be activated within next 2 working days which was ideally tuesday then. the so called engineer who came to my place initially said that my laptop which has got windows vista is not compatible with tikona services & hence he cud not configure the wifi device & also to add he mentioned that the lan cable port was corrupt. two days later i called up ur area sales manager (Sumeet Jadhav - [protected]) who promised me would get the issue resolved by EOD. The same engineer (Nilesh - [protected])who earlier had said that i need to uninstall vista OS with window xp managed to work after spending 3 hrs at my place & finished the same by 2130 at night. the very next day on saturday i received the msg stating that the cheque which i had paid of 3k was bounced which was actually unfortunate on my part however soon after i got the msg i called up Kumar who gave me the fone # for ur billings dept rep. i arranged the check & had asked the guy to come to my place who never turned up which resulted in the suspension of the services. 2 days later i called up Sumeet Jadhav who told me to make the payment online & the services will be activated within the next 4 hrs of making the payment. However i waited for almost 24 hrs to get the unsuspension done. during this period i called up several times in ur customer care & also Sumeet Jadhav for that matter but it was all in vain. i could barely use the services for a week & just 2 days back on Thursday night i realised that i had no reception from ur end. I called up next morning to cust care & they said that the issue will be resolved in the next 6 hrs of making the complaint which was again not done & then somehow i managed to find the fone # for Amit Lal ([protected]) who happens to be area head in regards to technical complaints said that the a/c was suspended due to non-payment & later sent the engineer to my place at 7pm. the engineer tells me that there was no problem with the LAN port & assures me that he will get the WIFI router fixed & will install the same on the next day (yesterday). the engineer came to place only after i called him at 5pm & who turned up with another collegues of his & spends another 2 hrs in order to figure out thge actual problem which was again in my absence & left saying that they will replace the device with another one by giving extra wire to use the services through lan cable instead. however when i tried checking this morning again i could not see any reception. i called up the same engineer ([protected]) & he said that it was his OFF & i need to call customer care to complain. when i asked him for his full name he disconnected the call & did not pick up the fone when i tried calling back. Unfortunately this time i called the customer care only to have the services stopped completely in order to avoid further hassles.

Tikona — TIKONA - REFUND MY AMOUNT

I have taken TIKONA wireless internet connection on 03-02-11 with SERVICE ID - [protected] - Quarterly Unlimited Plan Name QUNLTD1649 (300kbps) by paying an advance amount for 3months of Rs. 2095/- (incl. installation charges) as we were not satisfied with their service we have requested to deactivate the service with immediate effect(spoke to cm care [protected]) and on 17/02/11 and our services were deactivated and I was told that refund amount of 1600/- approximately would be issued by DD or by Chq. with in 30 working days from the date of deactivation.

But till date we have not received any CHEQUE OR DD from them and we have registered many complaints till date in Customer care but no body bothered to respond my concern properly.

Tikona — Irresponsible Customer Care and highly annoying slow speed against the promised speed

Hi,

I took a broadband connection from Tikona last month, the plan being 799 unlimited 2 Mbps speed for the 1st 8 Gb and 512 kbps henceforth. ever since the day I got the connection, I have been facing issues with the Internet speed. I never got the promised speed (2 Mbps). It was so worse that I would hardly get 100 kbps of speed most of the times, not even fit for normal browsing. I called up the customer care n number of times and asked them to take up a complaint about the issue. every time they said they will look into the issue and I would simply wait for days with no resolution and end up calling them again just to know that they have closed the complaint/request by putting some irrelevant and faulty comments. So far I would have called the customer care atleat 10 times and did not get a single message or call from them regarding the issue. They would simply close the request without even notifying the customer. Also, the speed test that Tikona provides is highly misleading and faulty. I asked them for a refund of the deposit, which they refused to give and neither they are no way close to providing to a resolution to my issue. It is highly frustrating and annoying service from Tikona. The worst I have ever seen in my life.

I feel that there must be some appropriate action taken against this.
