[Resolved] Tikona — Despite of termination of service asking for money | |||
I took broadband connection and paid the amount.According to rules first months usage bill amount was collected at the time of installation.due to poor service I disconnected the service at the end of first month .After communicating that the service is terminated .After 2 ,3 months they are charging some money .Please help. attached is the email communication with service termination request. ramyaranjan rout [protected]@gmail.com Jun 6 to tikonacare Hi Team, Please terminate connection.Ticket Number[protected].My billing cycle is 7th, so today onwards I am not going to use tikona broadband service.Please make sure its done as I have paid for last month if its not disconnected I am not going to pay for next month as I will not be using it.Please send an confirmation for same as soon as possible.
