Tikona — Disconnection request not done and still billing | |||
I used Tikona broadband service for 3 months and i faced lot of issues with speed and connection. Tikona technical service did not address my issues properly and hence i requested for disconnection of service on 4/7/2012 but till now tikons has not disconnected the service and still they are generating the bill. i have a deposit of Rs. 500 against the modem which they have provided. Can anyone please take proper action? I am lodging a complaint in consumer court as well for this issue.
