Tikona Digital Networks — Delay in Installation
I registered for new connection of tikona broadband on 5th Nov 2011. I was assured of installation within 6-7 days. I made the payment of Rs. 1102 by cheque on same day. As per my account statement, the amount was debited from my account as on 9th Nov 2011.However, despite repeated calls and never ending mails there is no response from the company for the installation of service.
On every call i only get an assurance of installation in next 24 hrs. But that 24hrs are yet to be finished since last 15 days.
Today 2nd Dec 2011, i dropped a mail to the company email address regarding cancellation of my registration.
But would like to teach this kind of companies a lesson which takes the customer for granted.
