[Resolved] Tikona — CONNECTION NOT ACTIVE | |||
Tikona, I am using Tikona braodband connection. (User Id: [protected]) From 13th June My connection is not working. After launching customer complaint, I came to know that because of some outstanding amount my connection was discontinued by tikona. I have two points: 1. How can tikona disconnect my connection without any prior notice? 2. Why not a single bill statement was sent to me prior to this? After that I received bill statement (This was first since my registration and that too improper) I made the necessary payment. It is reflecting in my bank account statement but not in your system from last two days. So still my connection is not active.. I had launched almost 7 complaints to your customer care all are now in closed condition without ANY SOLUTION.
