Horrible billing and Horrible Speed 1) Bill Indicating wrong period. 2) Bill Indicating Wrong Address. 3) Bill Indicating Wrong Amount. 4) Bill Indicating Wrong Usages. I was taken Tikona on 11/02/2011, plan ANLTD6499 for One Year Installation done on 13/02/2011, after second day of installation I am in trouble because physical Download Speed indicating 20-25 kbps Till date this problem not solved. After it when I got mail for billing, I was shocked because it shows Current Bill Amount 7188.04 Instead of - 6571.00 and they send me this bill again and again After I was informing him on phone and by mail also that I was already paid in Advance for Annual Subscription by Cheque and it was already cleared from bank A/c. if suppose its NOT Cleared by in next TWO Days i will going to Cosumer Court.and also mail to THE TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA [protected]@tcil-india.com ,The Hon’ble Authority.Telecommunications Consultants India Limited [protected]@trai.gov.in, Hon’ble Authority.Mr. D.Madan Deputy SecretaryDepartment of Telecom (incl.
