[Resolved]  Tikona Internet Connection — POOR SERVICE

Dear sir,
I has complaint many time in tikona internet services that i am not getting proper service everytime from custumer care they say me that our engineer will reach you soon but they dont send anybody this time also from two days my connection is not working and again yest i has called in custumer care but still they give me responce that our engineer will reach soon at your home for service but still no responce and in few days they wil send me bill of 500 rs sir is this the way of service that i will pay money of just the name i just want to claim on this company for wasting my time and wasting my work on internet i just want to show them that consumer forum is there for us to help...sir plz give me solution of this prob and claim tikona for poor service..
